For so long its felt like landlords have been the 'easy' target when it comes to tax.. Despite constant speculation, it seems Labour have chosen not to increase taxes for landlords when selling properties. Perhaps this is the first sign that the perception is starting to change and governments are realising the negative impacts this can have on the PRS? https://lnkd.in/e57fnB2x
