The Lines Company’s Post

What a great way to end a week…and begin a new one! 🎉   Accolades keep coming for one of our initiatives to deploy solar energy on local King Country marae.   On Friday night, alongside Te Nehenehenui, TLC won Best Community Energy Project at the Sustainable Energy Association of New Zealand (SEANZ) Awards. It’s the second time this project has been nationally recognised, having won the Community Initiative of the Year at the New Zealand Energy Excellence Awards in 2023.   Our chief executive, Mike Fox, said he was delighted to win another award. But he and the team are more proud of making a positive difference to the King Country community. He believes there are more benefits from this project to come.  Read more here: https://lnkd.in/gQHd_qii Pictured: Awards night (left to right) Daniel Brown (MBIE), TLC Chief Executive Mike Fox, TLC GM Future Energy Kyle Barnes and GM Te Nehenehenui Ashleigh Turner.
