The San Francisco Department of Public Health (SFDPH) is soliciting proposals from qualified agencies to provide Sugary Drinks Distributor Tax (SDDT) Community-Based Programs services.  These services will be interventions that will make Policy/Systems/ Environmental (PSE) changes to prevent and mitigate diet-sensitive chronic diseases. The purpose of this funding is to engage and educate community members from the priority populations to identify and work toward the adoption and implementation of Policy/Systems/Environmental level change that will result in environments that support healthier eating and physical activity opportunities. To that end, interventions may incorporate LIMITED programs and/or services that support the engagement and education of the community as part of efforts to implement PSE changes.
