DAY 8/30🗓 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭 𝐧𝐞𝐰 𝐩𝐞𝐨𝐩𝐥𝐞. 𝐍𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐡𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐭𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬. When you are traveling solo, you always have some questions in your mind. 1. How will I travel to new places? 2. How will I find new people to interact with? 3. How will I start a conversation with people? These above thoughts any can make any solo traveler 😱 Trust me, it is never wrong to be scared. But it is also not right to not face them. It is never acceptable. As I told you earlier, I didn’t had my tour preplanned. So even I had all the above apprehensions in my mind. But, I decided to face them rather than run away from them. After asking several people and searching on internet, I found a single solution to all the above problems. I booked a ‘Group Tour’✅️. A tour to 3 particular places in a group of 12-15 English speaking people with an English speaking guide. The tour was of around 8 hours. It was an inexpensive tour which gave me a golden opportunity to: 1. Visit Temple, monastery and mountains in a single day😍. 2. Have some good local food. 3. Enjoy the country side life of a country. 4. Interact with people of at least 7 different nationalities and age different age groups. In my total trip, I went on 2 different group tours. Trust me, these 2 group tours gave me ultimate happiness😊. In 2 days, I made so many memories that I never had made in months. These group tours not only made my communication better, but helped me to understand: 1. How does people live their life in different countries? 2. New shocking things in different cultures. 3. It is never a bad idea to travel alone. After taking these tours, I realized that life is extremely wonderful. There are so many good places to go, people to meet and have new experiences😍. I had so many experiences in these 2 days which I will always cherish my whole life. Will share some of them in my upcoming posts. #travel #photography #content

The True Value of Tour Guides and Storytellers When I was working at my previous company, a travel company, I was known as a storyteller. I remember a conversation with a colleague who said, "Storyteller is just a fancy name for tour guide." At the time, I felt a bit uneasy about this comparison. It seemed like tour guides were often looked down upon. But now, looking back, I realize that tour guides and storytellers are not just similar—they are essentially the same. Both roles are about weaving narratives, sharing knowledge, and connecting people to the places they visit. Tour guides are the backbone of the travel experience. They bring history and culture to life, making each place memorable. If I joined a travel company today and they called me a tour guide, I wouldn’t feel bad at all. I’ve come to appreciate the significant role tour guides play. They are ambassadors, storytellers, and connectors of cultures and histories. Tour guides, storytellers, ambassadors—they're all different names for the same important role. It's time we respect and celebrate the vital work they do in enriching our travel experiences. PS:No matter what title we hold, the value of our work lies in the stories we tell and the connections we make. PPS:Here’s to all the tour guides out there—thank you for your dedication and passion! #TourGuide #Storyteller #Travel #Respect

Try to travel, otherwise you may become racist, and you may end up believing that your skin is the only one to be right, that your language is the most romantic and that you were the first to be the first. Travel, because if you don’t travel then your thoughts won’t be strengthened, won’t get filled with ideas. Your dreams will be born with fragile legs and then you end up believing in tv-shows, and in those who invent enemies that fits perfectly with your nightmares to make you live in terror. Travel, because travel teaches to say good morning to everyone regardless of which sun we come from. Travel, because travel teaches to say goodnight to everyone regardless of the darkness that we carry inside Travel, because travelling teaches us to resist, not to depend, to accept others, not just for who they are but also for what they can never be. To know what we are capable of, to feel part of a family beyond borders, beyond traditions and culture. Travelling teaches us to be beyond. Travel, otherwise, you end up believing that you are made only for a panorama and instead inside you there are wonderful landscapes still to visit. - Gio Evan, poet and songwriter.
