From Sustainability to Responsability... Its a common discussion in the luxury industry whether a brand, a hotel, or any organization can be truly sustainable. Though Im not here to address this. Last month I was talking with Susanna Nicoletti and we truly deep dived into the concept of ''sustainability'' in Ultra luxury. 2 things I would like to share about what Susanna said: 1. ''True luxury is environmentally friendly per se. You will never throw a Birkin Bag'' 2. True Luxury comes with values of responsibility, if you don't have them, you are not luxury. It's all about respecting all the key players that help you in the business, including people, fauna, flora... everything.'' Luxury brands need to stop focusing on checking a box and start focusing on making a difference. Being a responsible brand means taking care of everyone in your eco-system. Not only your customers (though brands are barely even doing that), but also your employees, your suppliers, your partners, the community, the environment you operate in. - You are not luxury if you don't pay fair wages to your team. - You are not luxury if you succeed at the expense of others. - You are not luxury if you destroy to create. - You are not luxury if you don't take care of your stakeholders. - You are not luxury if you don't work with humanity. - You are not luxury if you don't develop others. - You are not luxury if you don't add value to the area where you operate. As Susanna says, ''if you don't have the right values, you are not luxury, you are just an expensive brand.'' So, which one are you?

🌍 Green Luxury: How can luxury brands reduce their carbon footprint? 🌿 Opening: Join hands with luxury brands to move towards a green future Around the world, from consumers to brands, they are looking for ways to reduce their carbon footprint. Together with the luxury brands we work with, we are committed to improving the sustainability of buildings and jointly contributing to the earth's responsibility. 🌳 Forest certified wood: the first step for brands to go green We help brands purchase forest certified wood. Our company has obtained FSC certification, which is not only a certification for wood suppliers, but also a commitment to our planet. With this certification, suppliers have demonstrated their commitment to preventing deforestation, fair wages, biodiversity protection and community rights. 🎨 Low VOC paint: Breathe purer air We advocate the use of low volatile organic compound (VOC) paints. These low-toxin paints not only improve air quality and reduce carbon footprint, but also reduce harmful waste generated during production, adding an important part to the environmental protection of luxury brands. 📦 Material storage and reuse: Reduce logistics and carbon emissions We provide storage facilities for materials with long lead times, as well as storage services for reusable fixtures for completed projects. This not only reduces the need to transport materials multiple times, but also avoids wasting resources by repeatedly creating fixtures. 🔄 Recycling: Creating a green building solution Through these initiatives, we have worked with luxury brands to create a building solution that is both beautiful and environmentally friendly. We believe that through every small step of effort, we can contribute to the sustainable development of the earth. 🤝 Conclusion: Create a green luxury brand future We look forward to working with more luxury brands to explore and achieve the sustainability of architecture. On this road, we are not only partners, but also actors who are jointly responsible for the earth's environment. #Sustainability #Luxury Brand #Forest Certification#Green Logistics #Recycling #Brand Responsibility

The luxury real estate market is evolving. The era of limitless resources and unchecked consumption has given way to new realities, where sustainability, innovation, and adaptability are not just trends but essentials for success. Sustainability has moved beyond being just a buzzword—it’s a necessity. Today’s buyers care about their environmental impact, and as leaders, we need to make sustainability part of every step we take. By implementing eco-friendly practices and embracing innovative solutions like circular economies and regenerative design, we can reduce our environmental footprint while appealing to a growing base of eco-conscious buyers. We're also seeing a shift in leadership. As new generations step in, we need to create a culture of adaptability and innovation. Investing in the future by nurturing new talent and fostering creativity will ensure that our brands evolve with the times and remain relevant. But even more than sustainability or leadership, the ability to remain agile is critical. The luxury market is unpredictable—whether from economic swings or global events. To thrive, we must stay nimble, exploring new markets, diversifying our offerings, and using technology to meet customer demands in ways we’ve never done before. The future of luxury real estate is not about holding on to what’s worked in the past. It’s about evolving, staying ahead of the curve, and focusing on what’s next. By prioritizing sustainability, encouraging innovation, and empowering the next generation of leaders, we’ll ensure our businesses continue to flourish, no matter what challenges come our way.

I’m incredibly proud to share this achievement as a single author—a milestone that means so much to me! 🎉 My new paper in my field of interest has been published in the #Q2 Cogent Business & Management journal.🎓 This study employs a #novel approach to investigate how personal and social values, cultural orientation, and sustainable perception might influence consumers’ purchase intentions (PI) toward luxury products, even without sustainable labeling. Unlike previous studies focusing exclusively on sustainably labeled luxury items, this research sheds light on a broader perspective.🍀 This groundbreaking research reveals how consumers instinctively associate #sustainability with #luxury quality and material aspects. However, this perception of sustainability tends to diminish traditional luxury values—a trend consistent across diverse #cultural contexts. 🌍
