"Winning Before Fighting! Strategic planning, building strong relationships, and collaboration are key elements for success in business. Take the time to plan and prepare before taking action. Cultivate positive connections with customers, suppliers, and partners to gain a significant advantage. Partnering with other businesses can help expand your reach and impact. For example, a new vegan food truck in Virginia Beach, Virginia, conducted thorough research to identify optimal locations and operating hours. By prioritizing building relationships with local businesses, they secured prime parking spots and offered exclusive discounts to their employees. Additionally, they established a partnership with a nearby brewery to offer unique food and beer pairings. #BusinessStrategy #RelationshipBuilding #Collaboration #SuccessStories"

Success is created by long term sustainable values, by creating a culture of excellence. Putting customers first, then their employees, the middle man and lastly stockholders. Wishing you all a very happy World Whisky Day! Reflecting on the last 5 years of building my own liquor brand, I have realised that these are the 5 pillars essential for success: 1) Strong distribution network 2) Investing in sourcing the finest ingredients, refining your distillation process 3) Thorough market research 4) Great packaging 5) Be open to adaptability and flexibility Here's how to get started: 🥃 Start with a focused approach, targeting specific regions. Research and identify potential distributors and retailers in those markets. Build relationships with key players through networking events, trade shows, and industry associations 🥃 Visiting potential suppliers to evaluate the quality of their offerings. If need be, collaborate with experienced consultants to refine your distillation techniques. We at VKM Liquor would be happy to help you out in any way! 🥃 Conduct surveys, interviews to shortlist what is in demand, where to launch the product and what should be the price segment 🥃 Outsource an experienced agency for design and packaging. Spend time with the agency to outline brand identity, target audience. We trusted Iris Design with this process and they delivered! 🥃 This is an ever-evolving industry with market shifts, sudden policy and regulatory changes. It is extremely crucial to develop contingency plans and prepare your team for any challenges . . . . #vkmliquor #dotwhisky #LiquorIndustryInsights #whiskyculture #learnings #Whisky #experience #entrepreneurship
