I just completed Red Bull's On-Premise Sales on Forage. In the simulation, I completed a job simulation focused on On-Premise Sales activities at Red Bull I used Excel to visualize which on-premise clients are performing best and worst. Here are some of the key takeaways: ✅ Excel Mastery: Analyzed and visualized performance data of on-premise clients, identifying top performers and areas needing improvement. ✅ Effective Communication: Engaged with Red Bull team members to discuss client performance, understanding the factors contributing to their success. ✅ Client Objection Handling: Utilized active listening and social proof techniques to address and overcome a client’s objections, successfully encouraging them to feature Red Bull more prominently in their bar. This simulation has not only enhanced my analytical and communication skills but also reinforced the importance of strategic client relationships in driving sales success. I am excited to apply these learnings to real-world scenarios and continue growing in the field of sales and data analysis. I communicated observations to Red Bull team members about why certain clients are performing better than others. I recently participated in Red Bull’s job simulation on Forage, and it was incredibly useful to understand what it might be like to participate in an on-premise sales team at Red Bull. I thoroughly enjoyed analyzing accounts to understand the drivers of performance and sharing those learnings with the broader team. It was fantastic to develop my active listening skills and to become more familiar with utilizing social proof to overcome sales objections. Completed a job simulation focused on On-Premise Sales activities at Red Bull Used Excel to visualize which on-premise clients are performing best and worst. Communicated observations to Red Bull team members about why certain clients are performing better than others. Utilized active listening and social proof to overcome a client’s objections resulting in them more prominently featuring Red Bull in their bar.
