Happy Friday! It's been quite the week. I've heard numerous stories from people who need help and, unfortunately, have received inadequate services from professionals. This led me to some soul searching. While I'm passionate about helping colleagues achieve their career goals and companies nurture their talent, I realize I can't help everyone. I've had to say no to potential clients who could have positively impacted revenue, but I'd rather ensure they get the help they need elsewhere (yes, I like to refer them to credible resources) than offer an experience that doesn't add value. I'm proud of the work being done at The Marshall Experience. We have, and will continue to, make a difference one connection at a time. It's not always easy, but we aim to always do it right.
