Online Trust and Safety. As the discipline invents itself in times of crisis and reckoning, rules, tools and evidence are quite naturally focusing on what keeps us safe in the digital world. Looking ahead, however, can we ever feel at ease online, if we don't actually trust those who promise to keep us safe, respect our privacy or protect us from fraud? I really look forward to diving deeper into the notions of trust and verifiability working with the Global Acceptance Network team and supporting their mission to build a digital public infrastructure that advances interoperability between digital trust ecosystems; a "DNS for trust"!
