So my client wanted an effective series of video ads within an X budget- scripting, production, delivery included- within 2 weeks. A high level BTS version of how I do what I do Here’s my process- - Work backwards with the budget in mind(X) and script 3 effective ad films (2 days) - Pitch and convince the client that it’s the best approach, within the budget with the best resources (1 day) - Assemble my army of freelancers to form the rest of my team(Producer, Cinematographer, Art guy, Editor, etc.) (within a few hours) - Execute the production within a day (1 day) - Supervise post production with my team and put together the cuts(1 week inclusive of 2 rounds of feedback and alterations) - Deliver final cuts of the film Maximum 2 weeks on a project end to end. (I need to have researched the brand/product/service and understood the branding and positioning in-depth beforehand, of course) P.S.
