This is a great practice of mindfulness and reflection. While mindfulness training involves practicing mindfulness techniques to improve your ability to focus on the present moment without judgment, Incorporating the "response" practice serves as a guide to: - To evaluate stressors within the team and practice a mindful pause before responding. - To recognize your emotions, consider the best response, and then proceed with a clear and composed mind. - To learn self-awareness tips necessary to develop emotional resilience and effectively navigate personal and professional challenges.
