Women's innate compassion and humble behavior make them particularly suited for higher administrative roles. Their ability to listen empathetically to the grievances of people fosters a more inclusive and responsive governance. This compassionate leadership can bridge gaps, build trust, and create policies that are sensitive to the needs of all segments of society. By promoting women to higher administrative posts, we not only enhance the quality of leadership but also ensure that the administration reflects the diverse perspectives and strengths of our society.

Is the legal profession experiencing a sense of fatigue regarding diversity initiatives? Are organisations in this field becoming weary of the essential diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) framework, or is there a collective acknowledgment that inclusive leadership is more than a mere strategic preference? This question repeatedly arises in our discussions. Findings from our third annual Diversity, Inclusion & Law report, which examines and recognises those effecting lasting transformation within the legal field, reveal that 84% of the 133 leaders surveyed feel unrecognised or unrewarded for their DEI efforts.
