Be sure to check out a new Q'uo episode on Sunday. This is the most recent channeling and it has a ton of fascinating information in it. This channeling covers: The degree of participation of the conscious instrument in channeling; the principles of living with mental/spiritual pain; the meaning of quo; how three social memory complexes collaborate to form Q’uo; the presence of the constituent groups of Q’uo for the contact; possibilities between conscious and trance channeling; humor in the Law of One; the meaning of mythology and spacecraft as mythology; spacecraft and angels as mythological constructs; empiricism as mythology and the spectrum of accurate comprehension; the mythology of disclosure. https://lnkd.in/gxsV2QKv

🛸 The discovery of pure sulfur crystals by Curiosity rover at Gediz Vallis Channel (likely formed by ancient floodwaters and landslides) is a crucial revelation! Pure crystals could shed insights into past volcanic activity 🌋 , hydrothermal processes that happened in the ancient Martian world. Also, the implications on🌡extremophiles life forms on Mars if the conditions were right. The thing that excites me the most is resource utilization for future missions - construction materials, energy production(Sulfur-based batteries), agriculture, biotechnology, and chemical manufacturing. Have highlighted some, which I think are interesting with our current TRL level. 🛠 Construction Materials: Made by mixing sulfur with Martian regolith (soil) and heating the mixture. This Silicate-Sulfuric Acid Process (SSAP), includes iron metal, silica, oxygen, and metal oxides, all of which are crucial in the scope of a sustainable, space-based economy. https://lnkd.in/ea9cMPhv 🔬 Biotechnology (which I find interesting): As most of us know sulfur can support biotechnological processes that involve sulfur-metabolizing microbes. These microbes can be used to bio-mineralize metals from Martian soil, aiding in the extraction of essential resources, and potentially supporting the recycling of waste products into useful materials and nutrients. https://lnkd.in/eehFsPdy As more and more start-ups are working in these areas we could potentially see implementation of these technologies by the starting of the next decade. Failure is not an option… It is a requirement! Gene Kranz the flight director of Apollo 13 was famously (mis)quoted as saying “Failure is not an option.” He is right, just not in the literal sense. Failure is not just and option, it is a requirement for innovation. Even in the high risk arena of space exploration failure is our greatest source of learning. A study of over 4000 space launches and attempts by over 30 private and government organizations illustrated that they could predict the probability of the next and future launch successes as they were directly correlated to the number and severity of previous failures! The next time someone says “we don't tolerate failure or surprises,” remember that failure and surprises are our most valuable experiences when they come with learning and resilience.

For Ritu Karidhal Srivastava, Scientist & Aerospace Engineer, ISRO - Indian Space Research Organization, perseverance in the face of challenges has been a driving force. No matter how difficult the situation, giving up was never an option. “We sat down, brainstormed, and looked at problems from new angles," she shares. "That’s where we found our solutions.” For leaders and founders, the message is clear: challenges are opportunities to innovate and grow stronger. #CXXO #CXXOcommunity #RocketWoman #InnovateAndLead

Terence McKenna explored the idea of expanded human awareness and its connection to encounters with non-human intelligence. He proposed that what we perceive as extraterrestrial beings might exist in dimensions beyond ordinary perception, accessible through altered states of consciousness. These entities often communicated in symbolic and profound ways, offering insights into the nature of reality. McKenna believed humanity is on the brink of a major shift in consciousness, blending ancient wisdom with modern advancements. Through his Novelty Theory, he suggested that the universe is evolving toward a state of infinite complexity, with human awareness playing a pivotal role in this process. He emphasized the importance of reconnecting with nature and exploring the potential of the human mind to unlock deeper truths about ourselves and our place in an intelligent and interconnected cosmos. #wearecosmicrevolutionaries

Power of training - The below situation highlights the critical importance of training—not just for acquiring technical skills but for preparing ourselves mentally to adapt and innovate in high-pressure situations. Reflecting on "Apollo 13" and its powerful lessons for us all! The astronauts' urgent need to build a CO2 filter with limited resources showcases the incredible themes of teamwork, and problem-solving under pressure. When faced with life-threatening challenges after an explosion, they relied on their training, creativity, and close collaboration with mission control to devise a solution. This situation reminds us of the importance of adaptability and the resilience of the human spirit in overcoming adversity and also the importance of why we need to invest on training. This situation also beautifully explains the principles of Kata and scientific thinking. Just as the astronauts applied a systematic approach to identify problems, test hypotheses, and implement solutions, we can use the same mindset in our own work environments. Kata encourages us to engage in continuous improvement by observing our processes, reflecting on outcomes, and adapting our methods based on real-time feedback. #training #leanthinking #innovation #scientificthinking #kata https://lnkd.in/dni36DJz

Generative self-contradiction is the critical foundation of #human experience. The inexplicability of #consciousness is both corollary and cause of this. Inflating self-contradictions in #language is not itself particularly difficult but we subsequently find ourselves lashed to the mast of linguistically mediated teleological #biases which invariably confuse and deceive us. Consciousness is both the first and the last problem around which all inquiry orbits. On the grounds of a solid "no, tell us what you really think" I'd say that the mercurially inarticulable #unity of #experience is grounded in a #paradox for which neither our brains or our cultural systems are particularly well-prepared.
