Of course, we are ready! I have witnessed so many things in the educational systems and beyond, that I come to a conclusion that the only way to solve these problems is to think differently, is to involve those who have nonlinear ways of thinking, to work together!

1.9 hours daily?! Thats a lot of extra work for people. Imagine if... I love so many things about the framework, but just to mention one: Order. It can feel like the best solution is the fastest to implement, but when one piece on the board moves, you must assess the whole board. Its not just a gap in whatever you are adding, its an opportunity to implement something that is holistically better and in the long run will save more time and money than the patchwork layers on top of outdates systems.
