Jason Manford (Wilmslow regular) certainly gets around the clubs, as a well known padel enthusiast! He’s recently been to The Padel Club Gloucester Quays whilst on tour. Here’s his little video review from his trip 🎾
Jason said, “Beautiful courts done by the best in the business, who know what they’re doing. Our local club in Wilmslow is run by the same people and one of the most popular clubs.”
“I hope the people of Gloucester find this fantastic club and realise how lucky you are!”
Thanks for the fantastic set of review Jason 🎙️

Here in Gloucester at the Paddle club, they're brand new site here which I presume. I think I've read that it's that's a Burger King and that's a Hobby Craft next door. I've got a feeling it's an old Toys-R-Us, I think. But hey, why not? Let's have a little look. Was cost over 1,000,000 to give it a refurb but you can see why. Inside, beautiful, very very nice. Loving the wood. That's the Cafe Bar protein shakes, you know the usual nice coffees and and grenade bars, loads of them. Nine courts inside, all indoors. You can ping that ball right out of the court, which you definitely can't do when you play outdoors. Like what I'm used to. Lots of places to sit and hang out, as well as table tennis and the usual things to be doing in the background. Changing facilities lose. That makes a big difference, doesn't it? This is me sort of playing. It didn't go well. But try me best. That's all you. That's all you can do. I've got to say, the game feels a lot faster when you're playing it than what this looks like here. It's definitely faster. But it's a lovely game. Three people I've never met before. And that's the beauty of Panel. Just turn up and have a game. Absolutely. This is almost done with that fella. But the. Shake hands and it's the social aspects that's the best bit. This.
