Don't forget... Back-to-school jitters after any period of time off is understandable and to be expected for many children. If your child is feeling anxious about the first day of the new term, help them feel more positive about managing it, by giving them something enjoyable to look forward to after school, like going for ice cream or visiting the playground. 🛌Make sure to discuss which fun activity you'll do together the evening before school starts so they go to bed with this in their mind.
