How do you turn strangers into family in just 2 days? With purity of intention, grit, and surrender to a higher power Last week, I found myself in Puri, Odisha, working on my friend and mentor Sagar's #SGR2024. To me, it was more than an event; it was a journey of the heart. A ragtag team, brought together by trust, shared a single goal. To serve Sagar's #TBMfamily selflessly. The odds were staked against us → Unfamiliar Territory: We navigated an unknown land. → Uncertainty: We had no idea what could go wrong. → No Experience: Most of us were new to our roles. → Unknown Team: We were strangers at the start. Sagar, our event dreamer, attended and crewed at events, but had never created one! Rahath, our co-host, had some experience but had never hosted an event either! Prince, our event manager, set up everything, stage, lights, seating, music, AV — almost single-handedly. But he’d never worked on something this big before! Srimaya, our emcee, hadn’t held a mic in years! Samir, our audio console incharge, had never seen a mixer console before! Mahesh, our community manager, had never run visuals on an LED panel! 80% of our speakers had never spoken on stage! Yet, despite these odds, everything fell into place. I'm willing to wager it was because our intention was pure, to create a powerful experience for the TBM family and to build lasting bonds, blessed by the almighty. If the crew was successful, it was only because the participants were ready to receive. Their openness, love, kindness, and power took it to the next level. Over the two days, participants experienced: → Mindset Shifts → Sales Techniques → Marketing Insights → Actionable Takeaways → Business Growth Hacks → Communication Enhancements In another first, participants sat on the floor and enjoyed Jagannath Maha Prasad, served by their mentor and crew! If I hadn't experienced it firsthand, I wouldn't have believed myself to → Lead with Intention: A shared purpose unites and empowers. → Embrace the Unknown: Challenges bring out the best in us. → Trust the Process: Believe in the collective effort. → Celebrate Small Wins: Every step forward counts. I'm full of gratitude and the drive to serve again, along with my family with a BIG BIG heart.

Ever since I started working, I have realized that Hitting a milestone is more about enjoying the journey than actually touching the target. Sure, every milestone I have achieved is an accumulation of my Hard Work and dedication to it. August 2024 started with a Major Milestone & the last week added more to the list. Sharing a few of them with you today: 1. One Year of Creazion Media! #anniversary CreazionMedia is Finally 1. I conceptualized this agency back in my College days, and now, when it's here and active, I can only think of how to take it across the world. 2. Became part of the organising committee for Business & Beyond 2024, Kolkata Edition by BNI (Business Network International) Acted as the Core Team Member and oversaw 300+ Exhibitors and a Visitor Footfall of over 50,000. The experience was electric, and the connections made were invaluable. 3. Rolled out Multiple Print Ads The past week led to a surge of Print Ad Requirements, which was also fueled by the #BNI Event happening, it definitely was a testing point for Creazion Media & its #team. But we successfully conceptualized it and executed it with success and praise. 4. Future-Focused Planning We aren't stopping any time soon. A Statement too big for a Company soo young, but Creazion Media is here to stay and in for the long run. Being the #Founder & #leadstrategist, I finally jotted out the roadmap for my agency for 2024 until 2027.
