Happy Sunday! 💖 We wanted to take a moment and share some of our incredible team members here at Pink Lily! Let’s kick-off today’s #StaffSpotlight by introducing you to Ainsley! 💖 Pink Lily: What do you do here at Pink Lily? ✨ Ainsley: I do the website merchandising, which basically means I change out the marketing assets and launch all the new products and ensure they’re in the correct place(s) on the site. 💖 Pink Lily: What is your favorite aspect of working at Pink Lily? ✨ Ainsley: I think my favorite part is seeing how so many things–big and small–add up to such an impressive and fun brand. There is so much that goes into making Pink Lily what it is and it’s exciting to be part of the complexity of it all. 💖 Pink Lily: When you're not at work, what do you enjoy doing? ✨ Ainsley: I spend most of my spare time reading and traveling. I have a goal to travel somewhere new each year, and this year's new spot will be Greece! 💖 Pink Lily: What piece of advice would you share with someone aspiring to have your role? ✨ Ainsley: A willingness to learn and problem solve can expand your skill set immensely, so take the time to understand more than the basics, be receptive to feedback, and remember that every seemingly insignificant thing still has a purpose in the big picture. 💖 Pink Lily: Favorite vacation spot? ✨ Ainsley: Anything that involves lots of sunshine and puts me near water. 💖 Pink Lily: Favorite food? ✨ Ainsley: Mediterranean food is probably my favorite type of cuisine, but if you told me I could only eat one thing for the rest of my life, it would be peanut butter.
