⚖️NATIONAL LAWYER WELL- BEING WEEK All professions are great and one salutes every single of them, but being a lawyer is not only a profession applying law on facts; majority of times it is understanding client’s needs and circumstance and often even be a person in whom they confide. It takes lot of mental strength to show empathy along with skill and legal advice, when one has a lot going on, on one’s own plate. Not to mention handling clients’ anxieties, inpatients and expectations… National Lawyer well-being week in May , has been introduced to show thoughtfulness, care, appreciation, affection… anything to help and ease that pressure from lawyers who in return will continue not only to act in clients’ best interest and perform their vital role in the community, but to maintain humility and humanity by just being there to listen when nedeed. The thing is, sometimes all that pressure we work under , doesn’t give ourselves peace and rethinking, we skip to pause and with one brief shortcoming we ruin the work dynamic we waited all our working career for…we even stumble along our career, we hit rock-bottom, we force ourselves to stand up again… and all that would be so much quicker, easier and tender with mutual understanding…. Inspiration: Perception and Shortcoming ⚖️✨
