In this audio clip, I talk about our book, The Salesperson's Guide to Growing a Business, and how to use it to grow your agency. 📙 I just had a conversation with a client where they were explaining how they are more engaged with their team as a result of the work they're doing with us. The team is more connected and happier. Our takeaway was to have the whole team read the book, book club around it, and see how much further they can take the newfound team engagement. They'll likely have team members who will want to take the lead on some topics and remove the sole responsibility from the leaders' plates. THAT is when you have truly changed the trajectory of your organization. I can speak to this firsthand with our team, who is always looking around around and seeing what we need to do and bringing forward thoughts and suggestions. #GoldMine!
