Excuse me, Sir, question for you. Have you ever been broke before? Broke. Yeah. Yes, I have. Yeah. Well, last year, what happened last year? I I got broke. Everything fell apart for me. And what line of business are you in now? Well, I wasn't exotic car rental business. There used to be a lot of money on the ground. All of a sudden they all went away. So I changed over to roofing. How have you grown this business over the last year? Well, through social media. And I pull up in that Ferrari right there when I pull up to the ferry to the People House and I say, hey, listen, hey, ladies, If your man taking care of the bills, you take care of those. If you're not, I'm going to take care of. Well, how much money is your business done in the last year? 1.2 million, $1.2 million. Yeah. How did you get the money to start? You said that you went broke. I started from scratch. I met some guys there was up on the roof and I said, hey, how much they paying you for that? They said, well we're paying 5000 for this roof. So I went to the person next door and I said, hey, do you need your roof done? They say, yeah. I said well that's 10,000. She said OK. So I gave them five and I kept 5. So then I realized I can make money off everybody else. So I started out with nothing. And how old are you now? I'm 54. You were to go back in time and have a conversation with your 20 year old self. What's the number one piece of advice you give to your younger self? Save your money because I, I blew a lot of money in the clubs and I blew a lot of money on women. You and they get none of that back because guess what? They gonna go into the next guy. You ain't gonna have nothing. And that's what happened to me. So don't chase anything. Don't chase it. The money gonna come. I'll do money in the club. I'm spending $5000 a night in the club buying bottles and I could turn around and spend that $5000 in Boston property. The only person that made money off me was the club. So if anything, I would start a club right now. Everybody's spending the money already. So you made a lot of money over the years? Yeah, man, a lot of money and blew a lot of money too.

He went broke because he is buying a ferrari when his business his turning over 1.2 million - This guy has no idea Turn over of 1.2 million and investing in liabilities is bad business he says dave your money but buys a ferrari (mmmmmm) this guy will be broke again in a year you watch The School of Hard Knocks Don’t listen to people who drive nice cars it means nothing people probably financed

Never Underestimate Anybody. You could learn something from everybody. Studying a particular Course doesn't make you become a millionaire but it gives you the right platform. Sales is about actual words of mouth and who you know and has built relationship with. #Fact #Sales #entrepreneur

#Relationship is VITAL I love how she mentions that she gives a personal touch and also how "word of mouth" is so #important. I believe they're are a LOT of#businesses today that spend a TON of money in #marketing and #advertising hoping that it will #attract new clients but they completely #miss the best form of #marketing that is done by #wordofmouth and #referrals
