This week in Amman, our Salam@ team is co-presenting a regional forum spotlighting digital violence against women (DVAW) across the Middle East and North Africa. The centrepiece: a suite of 20+ research studies unpacking the psychosocial and legal complexities of DVAW in 16 countries. Developed over the last two years by local woman researchers, this work is already filling critical knowledge gaps. It will inform and shape new advocacy and support for women on the road ahead. And the community of researchers and practitioners that’s been gelling through this process is only just getting started.
