What inspires #coaches and how do they maintain a positive environment with athletes? 🧢 The answers to these questions were discussed last week during the Coaching Plus meeting, in Pescara, Italy 🇮🇹, where the consortium gathered to present the research updates. Partners also discussed the #CoachingPlus online course, which will support coaches in building a positive coaching environment by teaching them different skills in communication, constructive feedback and others. This #ErasmusPlus project includes a practical component, through the Youth Camp that will enable participants to put into practice what they've learned on the online course.
