Every brand, especially when you have stakeholders. Is is not something you do because you have the most conviction, right? In my organization, unfortunately there are people that work with me here. Umm, this rebrand that we did to pay each other. I contemplated it last year. Last year. I spent at least four months. On seeding the thoughts into the other stakeholders within the team, First of all, my cofounder. Once I realized that, OK, there was alignment here, then I went to the leaders of the team leaders or heads of department. So in in pain. We treat every department like its own organization, right? So it's between the company is made-up of all these smaller organizations, marketing, customer success and stuff. I had decided back off my I had my scribble where I've been thinking about, OK, what are the names you can get? And I invited everybody one after the other to kind of just see the idea even before. Making like any concrete actions like paying, paying for it or whatever. I just kept on checking stuff. So when you have stakeholders, one, if you've seen the movie Inception. One of the things you have to be very good at is planting an idea inside somebody to the point where they believe that it is their own.
