There's no lag, no tech issues, and brainstorming is free flowing.✨ ➡️ Why In-Person Matters ⬅️ 🧠 Brainstorming breakthroughs: Ideas flow freely when you're in the same room, bouncing energy off each other. 🤝 Genuine connections: Forget awkward virtual silences! Build real rapport with authentic interactions. 🤔 Crystal-clear understanding: Body language, tone of voice – it all adds up to deeper comprehension and collaboration. This Saturday morning session was a Stony Hill Advisors sales lab where Bryan Coble, Dave Dickens, and I worked on merging our very different sales styles and backgrounds. 💡 (Geoff Miller and Roy Y. Salisbury were there in spirit) By brainstorming in person, we were able to leverage our unique strengths and perspectives to improve on our already winning sales processes and procedures. for the benefit of our entire team and our clients. 🤝 Even better that we had the great setting of Bryan's country club ⛳ where we had everything we needed including super fast wi-fi somewhere we could hear each other, and laugh uncontrollably from Dave's dead pan humor.
