If you think it can't happen to you, you're delusional. #sorrynotsorry I continue to be #baffled by organizations #waiting to pull the trigger on vehicle #safetytechnology for their fleets! If there's literally ANY REASON you're #holdingout, message me. I'm helping our prospects and customers successfully socialize this #shift from the C-Suite to the drivers and operators, from the boardroom to the vehicle cab. 1. You WILL NOT lose people. 2. You WILL retain people. 3. You WILL ATTRACT talent. 4. You WILL reduce crash rates. 5. You WILL drive down cost and risk and increase efficiency. I mean "...you will get railroaded by something you should have expected and could have prevented..." If this #clip from my appearance on Speaking of Supply Chain podcast #rufflesyourfeathers, I've done my job! Thanks again to Miebach & Ellen Wood for this important conversation! #episode46clip3 #fleetmanagement #driversafety #vehiclesafetytech #notifbutwhen #actnow #jointheconversation IntelliShift

Christopher Jamroz is the CEO and chair of the board of Roadrunner, a less than truck load, (LTL) trucking company. You get to learn, as I did, all about this industry as described by a fascinating man who clearly understands leadership and how to build companies as he did with Roadrunner and other companies before his current one. Chris was born in Poland. Throughout his life he also has lived in France, England, Canada and now he calls the United States home. Chris tells us that he greatly values the American way of life and finds that here he, and the rest of us, can exercise our entrepreneurial spirit like nowhere else in the world. As I said, we get to learn about the trucking industry with Chris. He also talks about the economy in general including discussing the forces that lead to events such as recessions and successes. Chris and I even discuss AI and how it will in some ways affect his industry. Chris is quite a thought-provoking individual. I learned a lot not only about his industry, but I gained knowledge about management and leadership. I think you too will value greatly from listening to our conversation. Running in Engines: Early Oil Changes Recommended (Do This!) As engines settle in, some metal shavings will accumulate in the oil, and an early oil change allows you to remove them from circulation. That also means which oil you use during this process doesn't matter much because it's about to be replaced. In this clip from our podcast, ThisConnect (S02E01), Kartikeya and Shumi discuss how oil carries debris and needs to be swapped for fresh oil early – details in the related link. ▶️youtu.be/dH2b8AMUyOQ (Link In Bio!)
