The famous phrase "You are what you eat" is a good rule of thumb that we should take into account every time we think about eating certain foods. Nowadays there is a relentless war against your health, as both the media and society in general promote the consumption of alcohol, sugar, fats, etc., when there are so many alternatives that really provide something positive for our bodies instead of slowly poisoning us. From time to time it is okay to indulge yourself, but doing it every day will affect you negatively in every area of your life, I tell you this from experience, and if on the contrary, you eat regularly in a healthy way, that will also affect every area of your life, but in a positive way, so I think it is not necessary to give it so much thought.
