Woods Valldata’s Post

It is a privilege to partner with Royal British Legion helping response handle Tributes for their Fields of Remembrance. We are responsible for ensuring that the crosses arrive to the field of the supporter’s choice and informing the supporter where their cross will be planted so they can visit their cross along-side the many others. Each Tribute carries a personal hand-written message to someone who lost their life in Service for our country. Woods Valldata went to help plant some of the Tributes at Lydiard Park in Swindon, one of the six Fields of Remembrance. Lucy, one of the team who attended, said, "I find it very humbling to see the messages that are written out to their families and friends for past and recent conflicts that are being remembered. It is a time to pause and reflect." The Lydiard Park Field was officially opened today at 10.45 with a service and 2-minute silence. There will also be a daily 2-minute silence at 2pm each day.
