There is nothing more important than letting your voice be heard. Every single vote cast matters. Politicians pay attention to where votes come from, even if those votes went to the opposition. Voting turnout matters. We are all served best if we all cast our votes. We will never be able to check all the boxes for every politician. There will be some whose positions on issues we care about will align with our concerns and yet they will be on the opposite side of the table with other issues. we will never find anyone in total alignment with our vision for the world. we need to accept compromise. we need to elect those who most closely match our own worldview. If you are not registered to vote, please, register to vote today. If you are registered to vote, please encourage your friends, colleagues and family members to register. Don't wait until it's close to election season. Get on those voting rolls now. Wake up the politicians.

Part 1: Even though we advocate for voting, we recognize why some voters choose not to. We encourage you to show up to the polls and let your voice be heard. To be clear, we want people to vote regardless of party. This is providing clarity for why some are choosing not to exercise that right.

Friendly reminder: If you're planning election content, your plan can't stop on November 5. What will your message be… ➡️ In the likely event it takes time for every vote to be counted? ➡️ If a very loud voice challenges the legitimacy of the election? ➡️ If voters need help making their vote count through ballot curing or other means? If there is silence or an information gap, someone will fill it. Some entities will try to sow confusion and distrust. If you have a role to play, you need to have a plan ready.
