We handled the assets and shipping requirements for this company at this major summit. 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗟𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 As this event was overseas, in another continent, our team was faced with some formidable challenges. Firstly, we had just two weeks to arrange and coordinate the shipping of critical assets from Europe, the USA, and Asia. This small timeframe required detailed planning and speedy execution to ensure that all materials arrived on time and undamaged from being subject to the rigors of transit. 𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝗿𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗿𝘀 Adding to all this complexity was the eight-hour time difference between London and Seoul. Our back-office team worked tirelessly around the clock, operating on a 24/7 basis to bridge the difference in time zones and overcame the language barriers that were involved, with remarkable patience. 𝗨𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 Despite the pressure and logistical difficulties, our entire team at Handdels London delivered on all of their promises using more than 120 years of combined team experience! The team also navigated their way through numerous customs regulations which ensured that everything was delivered according to needs. Our client was able to focus on the summit without stress.
