Thanks to USA TODAY for sharing the results of their recent "Top Work Places 2024" Survey - Freeman Company ranks #49 (out of 42,000 companies that were invited to participate) with the results coming solely from EMPLOYEE FEEDBACK based on an employee engagement survey). This report is packed with insightful stats. The one that jumped out at me was, "A striking 76% of job seekers favor companies Certified as great workplaces." New research by Great Place To Work reveals that employee retention is influenced by three factors: how employees feel about their workplace, their place in it, and the financial cost of losing employees. The report also discusses the impact of purpose, pride, fun, workplace flexibility, and office mandates on retention.
