My team had quite a lot of leave this month. And we smashed our production goals by 127%. What can I put this down to? First and foremost, a team that gives a sh*t. We all care about our work, our clients, and our professionalism. Then there’s personnel and role changes we’ve been making over the last few months. We’ve moved from “storming” to “norming”, and are close to high performing. We’re leveraging our software and data better than ever. One of my big focuses is on automation - that’s meant better handovers, visibility in work, and quicker turnarounds. We’re leveraging AI through custom GPTs that we build around core business areas. They’re trained with our flavour of SEO, our training materials, our unique knowledge. That means usage scales consistently across the org, and is true to our clients’ needs.
