I’ve performed at many trade shows over the years, so I have a good understanding of what makes a successful exhibition space. Delegate Growth: Has the number of delegates increased over the past few years? 2. Target Market: What is your target market for your delegates, and how are you promoting the trade show to them? 3. Exhibitor Success: Which exhibitors have been most successful in recent years, and why did they stand out? 4. Facilities and Support: What facilities and support services are available for exhibitors? 5. Feedback and Improvements: How do you gather feedback from past events, and what improvements have you made based on this feedback?
