How and how often do you show appreciation to your team? My first week as supervisor, I sent out an engagement survey to my team. Some of their responses astounded me, especially the replies stating that they had *never* been recognized by their management team for a job well done. Well, this first month with RSI has shown me that not only does my team deserve to be recognized for their hard work, but they were well overdue for said recognition. Last week, we held our first end-of-the-month team meeting. At the end, I gifted each team member a gorgeous crystal piece that relates to each of their individual personalities and strengths. 🧡Carnelian, the motivator. 💚Fluorite, the genius. 🤍Clear Quartz, the communicator. 🩶Pyrite, the leader. 💜Amethyst, the protector. 💙Lapis Lazuli, the concentrator. 🩵Sodalite, teamwork. Show your team you appreciate them in creative ways! They deserve it! ✨
