Often I hear people say, “you can’t pour from an empty cup.” I now have the understanding that you can’t step into the fullness of who God wants you to be if you’re sick, depleted and filling up on Cheetos, Pizza and Coca Cola - fake food or as I like to call it “food-like substances”. To be your strongest, most vibrant and aligned self, you have this one body that requires you to nourish it. I’m as guilty as you are. In the past, I did not live in harmony with my body. I chose convenience over what’s actually good for me. Your divine assignment is to steward the gift you’ve been given in the form of your body. Because if you’re sick and tired, you cannot live according to your Birthright. So here are my favorite ways to live each day honoring the body you - and the Holy Spirit - live in. ✅ Eat real food. Clean. Organic. Animal protein. ✅ Move often every day. ✅ Drink filtered, distilled water. This is a great tip when you get overwhelmed. Keeping a cut lemon jn the fridge or a small orange in the freezer can be useful if you experience panic or feelings of being overwhelmed.
