Advice for all HR leaders: As of today, we have seen the new changes from the Ministry of Human Resources & People Development. Start updating your contracts and procedures in the company to accommodate changes in the Labor Law, which includes but is not limited to: 1. Updating the probationary period article. 2. Updating the resignation article for both unlimited and limited contracts. 3. Updating your overtime policy. 4. Updating the maternity and compassionate leave policies and approvals. 5. Updating your SLA for resignation approvals to mitigate the risk of losing key staff suddenly due to delayed responses to resignation requests.
