What do you do for fitness? I facilitate 💪🏼 Running a session is a mental , emotional and physical workout because you have to keep your energy up from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. You have to asses the needs of others, their body language and still share content and create engagement. All while moving and using the space and ensuring moments of kinetic learning. And just like any muscle or excercise, you have to do it often to build that mental, emotional and physical strength. And the best part, I get to do it all over again tomorrow. #facilitationskills #training #personaldevelopment #presentationskills
