For the current government and beyond, Indonesia must focus on improving the education and employment sectors comprehensively. It is crucial to address the existing challenges and strive for progress from A to Z. The state needs to ensure that everything is managed efficiently to avoid further complications. Official trips abroad for comparison and study purposes are essential to observe the advancements in education and employment systems worldwide. A recent TV coverage highlighted Sweden's exemplary systems where education and employment are meticulously structured. This includes seamless transitions between jobs and no age restrictions, ensuring optimal utilization of university graduates. The impact of such trips goes beyond personal experiences; they provide valuable insights for the country and its people. It's crucial to learn from successful models and adapt policies that prioritize the well-being and professional growth of Indonesian workers and employees. As Indonesia navigates these challenges, it's essential to prioritize the needs of the people over political interests. By focusing on policies that benefit the population, Indonesia can work towards a more inclusive and prosperous future. #Indonesia #Education #Employment #Government #Policy #Progress #ComparativeStudies #IndonesianWorker #IndonesianEmployee
