Hello LinkedIn community! ✨
What if I told you the way to nurture the planet, is to nurture yourself? 💪
Our outer world is a reflection of our inner 🌎 : The more we be and ❤️ ourselves, the more we see 👀 it around us and in future generations, and it is reflected in what we comsume and how we treat others.
Being the month of mental health awareness (thank you Courtney Dornell for the reminder), I think this is a perfect segway for this conversation.
As we continue to open our hearts ❤️ with faith 🙏 and follow our passions, it will inspire and create a ripple effect on every aspect of our lives (health 🏃 , wealth 💰 , environment 🌏 ,and love 💗 ).
It starts with small habits and pivots. You can teach yourself (we are a compilation of many habits) to be present and breathe life into your decisions. 🫁
When you see something that bothers you, take a slow, deep breath, and feel the energy of your dreams. Use the boost of energy to create something amazing with the tools and resources available (look up and around and follow your heart - you will have more than you need to create something beautiful or peaceful).
PS. Aligning to your authentic self, being happy, healthy, and following your passions is more than a possible and totally awesome!
What you dream is possible. What you believe is probable. 💥
Most of the people we admire or inspire us, have done just this.
(For all my science friends, you can actually chart your caloric inputs and outputs to see why your reality is as such, similar to a force diagram or a fitness app for food and excercise).
Thank you for being you and amazing!
Love,
AM
“We have this enormous problem that is threatening the entire world.”
Welcome to the age of cheap crap. Our new film The Shitthropocene is a mock anthropological view of humanity’s consumption habits, turning a satirical (yet brutally honest) eye on how everything is turning to shit and why the impulse toward “more” might destroy us all.
