We look forward to kicking off the inaugural cohort of IAI CATALYST with IAI - Israel Aerospace Industries! IAI Catalyst has recruited the first cohort of startups for its inaugural five-month accelerator program, supporting early-stage startups focused on sectors including artificial intelligence and autonomy; quantum science; sustainability and energy; and space tech. Each selected company receives a $100,000 investment in exchange for equity, and another $100,000 worth of in-kind benefits such as access to IAI and Starburst’s networks of clients and partners, mentoring from industry experts, access to technology and free office space. "Our job will be to open all the doors for the startups, not just with IAI, but everybody that they can provide value to," says Noemie Alliel, Starburst Aerospace Managing Director of Israel. Innovation is a key focus at IAI, which feels it’s important to stay relevant and competitive in the marketplace, Alliel says, which is why it wants to work with startups. Here we go again! We officially launched another cohort of #DimensionX 👩🚀 🚀 This program is open for startups from all over the world! 🌍 In our #founder-centric program we offer 2 important resources for startups: - #Design_partners with relevant use cases to your tech. - 100K SGD #non_dilutive_funding to support the whole process. On a personal note...we just concluded our last cohort onboarding week, where we flew to Singapore the startups who got in to #DimensionX. A total of 10 startups from 6 different countries (out of +160 companies applied). Having all these amazing startups in one place, listening to the different languages, experiencing the cultural mixture and being exposed to so many various technologies in one space was truly amazing. This showed us at Hatch that it is possible to create direct #bridges between #startups and potential #users, and once these are created, the after-effect is even wider. Alteva Technologies, a Cologne, Germany-based battery startup, raised €1.7M in Pre-Seed funding. The round was led by HTGF | High-Tech Gründerfonds with participation from UnternehmerTUM Funding for Innovators, NRW.BANK and angel investors. Alteva develops battery cells for the decarbonization of the global transport sector.
