Good morning all it's a pleasure to be here this morning and to welcome you to this absolutely gorgeous venue. Many of you will know that Fitzgerald Power is the leading firm in the pharmacy sector. We're delighted to be partnering with Bank of Ireland. There's such a great supporter of Fitzgerald Power, and such a great supporter of the sector. Fitzgerald Power works with pharmacy clients up and down the country and from our interactions with those clients and from our interactions with younger would-be first-time owners we felt that there was a real opportunity to bring in an event together that will be a learning experience and a networking experience. We look at three years of historics, look at the forecasts and like I said, it's it's all about the sustainable EBITA or sustainable cash flow. You need to understand you're buying the history of that company. So if that company is there for 20 years, maybe it's an owner manager, he's trading the company for 20 years you're buying all his history, but particularly employees. What is the relationship there? What are their contracts. The key takeaway for young pharmacists, people looking at buying a pharmacy is surround themselves with the right advice and the right advisors. Through being here today, it shows our commitment to pharmacy businesses and enabling them to thrive into the future. That's very important when you're starting your own shop to make sure that you have the correct team in store. Good staff is very important.
