As a CMO, I feel lucky to work in the industry I do, it contains aspects of B2B and B2C. B2B in that the products are complex, our audience highly sophisticated, and genuine human relationships still matter a lot in decision making. B2C in that our clients’ CX and digital expectations are now held equivalent to their experiences as consumers. In some ways, this makes my job even more rewarding as both human and digital channels both need to come seamlessly together around our clients’ needs.
