Are you joining us for some collective effervescence? 🎉 I’m really looking forward to the Speakers Collective summit today What gets all of us out of bed is a shared mission to reduce stigma & raise awareness of important topics Fingers crossed trains from North Dorset behave themselves! I’m running a little activity on mental health conversations to inspire self-care and healthy boundaries We’re all on a mission! But do we always practise what we preach when it comes to being kind to ourselves? And collective effervescence? A term coined by Émile Durkheim I recently heard Brené Brown use 😊 That magic of shared connection & energy from in-person events We might not be O2 concert size, but you can guarantee something special will emerge! Image description: A Canva created image with white background and green writing and random green patterns A speakers collective megaphone icon at top and underneath written: SPEAKERS COLLECTIVE SUMMIT MONDAY 15 JULY 2024 2 - 5 PM 1 City Gate House, 22 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 9HB Info@SpeakersCollective.org Underneath that text is the AGENDA in detail that runs from 2-5pm and includes a mix of talks and workshops, apologies Emma hasn’t typed up all the details, it’s in the alt text of the image #mentalhealthawareness #stigma #connection

Hey everyone, Murphy Jensen at your SERVICE. 🩷🎾🙏🏻 Recently, a message from our community perfectly captured the essence of the impact WEconnect Health Management is making. It read: “I don't know who to thank for bringing WEconnect to my company, but I want to pass on my sincerest thank you. I have been using it since the first intro meeting for all staff and am blown away by how helpful the group sessions and the individual peer support have been already, in this short time. I know it doesn’t mean much on the grand scale, but to whoever brought this to my company’s attention, from this one person, I couldn’t thank them more.” This feedback is a touching reminder of why we do what we do. It highlights the profound effect our platform can have on individuals and organizations alike. From group sessions to one-on-one peer support, it's clear that these features are making a significant difference in people’s lives, even in a relatively short period. Hearing that someone is 'blown away' by the support they’ve received reaffirms our commitment to our mission. It motivates us to keep pushing boundaries and ensuring our services reach as many individuals as possible. A huge thank you to everyone who shares their journey with us. It has been my personal experience that Mental Health challenges are treatable and preventable and recovery is possible. #mentalhealth #addiction #substanceusedisorder #hope #lovewins #digitalhealth

My life seems to happen all at once for me. Like, I don’t experience a light rain, I undergo a metaphorical tsunami. There have only been a handful of times when life has utterly fallen apart for me. Burned to the ground, never to be rebuilt the same way. Each of those times, I had to reach in at least two directions (outside and inside). I had to reach outside of myself to have somewhere to lean but I had to reach inside of myself to have somewhere to stand. These experiences inform how I see health and well-being. I know that good health is not only going to therapy or attending regular primary care visits. Good health and even great health are about learning what you need individually, creating a plan and having a team that can support you in that process. Without customized care, a plan WITH tools and a team, we are just collaging something together. This is a driving reason behind creating Standpoint Wellness, a boutique, integrated mental health practice here in GA, but offering services nationwide. Our site launches next week, and we are open for referrals. Would love to see you or someone you love there. #integratedmentalhealthcare #relevantcare #customizedcare #traumainformedcare #standpointwellness

Is it time to get your groove on? If you are a mental health practitioner and feel that referrals have dried up, you are not alone. Economic pressures, competition from big organisations and an increase in free or low-cost, easy-to-access online resources are impacting many private, solo mental health practitioners. This is why we're consistently told in marketing - choose your niche, make yourself stand out. But I know many of us find that easier said than done. Well, maybe it's time to get your groove on (I looked up alternative names for niche). In this mini workshop, you can join me in taking a closer look at the 24 possible referral pathways for your business on the Networking Checklist. Which ones are you utilising? Which ones can be strengthened? and which ones have you been ignoring? How does your current referral network see you? Or are they not sure of what you actually do? You will leave with a greater understanding of your business referral pathways and with a clear 7-step plan about connecting with your network in an organic way. This mini-workshop is available free for all private mental health practitioners. A free copy of the Networking Checklist has been made available to all members of the Private Practice Sustainability Community. If you are not a member you are welcome to purchase your copy of the Networking Checklist before attending. Membership to the Private Practice Sustainability Community is free and open to private mental health practitioners. Q. Where do most of your referrals come from? ----------------- #PrivatePracticeSustainability #KimRoss #Networking #SharingYourGrooveWithOthers #GetYourGrooveOn
