Preaching to the choir here! On our most recent cruise I never bought water when we were on shore. 3 to 5 Euros each!! NO THANK YOU! When retailers sell you foods, soft drinks, etc. margins on water is 600%+. On bottled soft drinks it's over 300% and from those soda machines it's north of 900% (not to mention ultra processed sodas are among the worst UPF out there). I filled up on shore, brought my hydration packs. When I'd run low I'd look for a fountain to fill up (PS. Most countries in Europe have higher standards of water than we do in North America!). And, if you work remotely you're already avoiding those temptations of eating out or grabbing a $5 coffee. It's like you got a $5000 to $15,000 pay raise by working remote!

Crumbl’s Cookies are high in fat, sugar, and calories. A typical cookie has 6 1/2 teaspoons of sugar in it. You might be healthier eating at McDonald’s. This is the problem with Americans and portion control. We often eat crap and we consume it in large numbers. If you go to a Crumbl’s they list the total calories as 180 but you have to read the small type because that is measured per serving. . Each cookie has 720 calories—far more than a McDonald’s Big Mac (590 calories). It’s about as much as a Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese (740 calories). Each Milk Chocolate Chip Cookie also has a full day’s worth of saturated fat (20 grams) and 28 grams of added sugar (equal to 6½ teaspoons). That’s more than half a day’s added sugar
