They’re fun, they’re festive, and they’re hot! Sparklers are a fun and easy way to celebrate on holidays like Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. While these small fireworks are easy to light and fun to wave around, it’s important to use them safely. According to the CPSC, sparklers can burn as hot as 2000 degrees Fahrenheit and can easily cause burns when not handled correctly. So before you get out the sparklers this holiday, review our nine tips to help you stay safe while celebrating. https://bit.ly/4cg3U0r

🌟 From the Weekend Warriors to the Whiskered Winners: It's a Good Day for Votes! 🌟 Friday has dawned, and with it, a chance for our pets to rise from neighborhood hidden gems to celebrated champions. The weekend beckons, and people everywhere seek a little delight and distraction from the daily grind. What better way to provide it than by sharing the joy of our furry, feathered, and finned friends? 🐾 A Moment of Magic: Share your pet's entry across your social media platforms and let their charm and personality brighten timelines far and wide. It's a chance to remind the world of your pet’s quest to conquer the pages of the Vines and K-9s calendar, transforming from underdog to household name. 🔗 Community Support: Encourage friends and family to rally around your pet’s entry, casting votes that propel them toward their rightful place in the spotlight. Remember, every vote counts not just for your pet’s journey, but for the mission of K-911 Paws Foundation and the American Lung Association in Arizona. 🎉 Let's Celebrate: As the week comes to a close, let's see those votes roll in. Share, vote, and make this weekend the turning point that elevates your pet’s story to new heights. #VinesAndK9s #WeekendToWin #RiseToTheTop #PetContestSupport American Lung Association https://lnkd.in/gj8Z-kbt

Yes, it is that time of the year again where everyone tells Tom Selleck he looks like Adam Kooy. We all have partners, fathers, brothers, sons, uncles, and friends that we love. Too many of these men are dying too young, impacting relationships, families, and communities. The Movember movement helps build a future with healthier men and healthier communities. What’s the best piece of advice you’ve been given? My mother tells me to just be you, be Erica, and the rest will fall into place. My Pastor says to control what we can control, and leave the rest to God. As we approach Super Bowl Sunday, our Kansas City Chiefs would like to share the best advice they’ve been given over the years. I love each response, though a few resonated with me. 1. Don’t worry about the outcome, be right where your feet are. Take one day at a time, and be grateful. 2. If you don’t have time to do it right, when will you have time to do it over? 3. Control what you can control, and don’t stress over the things that you can’t. Let’s keep this optimism going. Comment your best advice below! https://lnkd.in/gp2w9XW9
