Often times, as adults, we can find ourselves wanting immediate results. We want to be able to play a piece of music within a certain amount of time and then, if we are not able to play the piece within that amount of time, we get frustrated. A better approach is to focus on small winds in our practice sessions. Focus on enjoying the process.
