Next, it’s time to review the route with Santa and go over any especially tricky situations, like snowy rooftops or extra-tall chimneys. Now it’s time for takeoff! Rudolph leads the charge into the night sky, keeping a steady pace to ensure Santa and the team hit every destination on Christmas night. After the last delivery, Rudolph guides the sleigh back to the North Pole, where he is greeted by the elves and Mrs. Claus. Did Santa hit every chimney on time? Did they achieve their objectives? Were there any challenges? 🎅 Identify Gaps: Next, they pinpoint where toy production or gift wrapping fell behind to avoid future delays in the workshop. Did they need more resources? A templated process to follow? 🎅 Document Successes: They celebrate the wins and document what went well, like this year's record-breaking process for mounting up the reindeer and improving their departure time. 🎅 Build Resilience: They also review the plan to make it agile and flexible, developing strategies for unexpected challenges, such as reindeer training mishaps, elf strikes, or weather-related sleigh detours. 🎅 Rebuild Trust: Santa works to ensure families know he's listening if things don't go as planned. After a last-minute gift mix-up, some kids felt forgotten. Thursday seems to come quicker as the holidays get near. 7 days to Thanksgiving, 34 days till Christmas. And 41 days till 2025. I AM NOT READY. So, let's get to it. Did you know that Transportation / Trucking was deregulated 44 years ago? And with few exceptions, those legacy carriers went away like an aging dinosaur. Do you remember LTL carriers like CF, Gateway, Leeway, and ICX? I do. And the last behemoth, Yellow has died. If Maria Carey plays one more time, I may just have to change religions. If A Christmas Carol was updated to reflect today's reality, there would have to be a lot more ghosts. How many people think the food served today was on the same table as the pilgrims?
