#SNSInstitutions #SNSDesignThinkers #DesignThinking Hi connections I am very happy to share my internship experience. My internship at Sri Athivaradhar Traders has been a cherished part of my life.I thoroughly enjoyed my internship and now have very valuable experience under my belt. I know this will help when looking for jobs and needing references. I was dreading it in the beginning, but now I am so happy it was required. As much as the curriculum changes, I hope that class remains constant. "We all know that practical experience is the best, and internships give students that hands-on experience they need. I feel that quality internships are essential to develop key skills that you can't get in a classroom. Skills such as multitasking, communicating, learning to deal with diversity, and dealing with deadlines are different when you are working for someone else, not yourself like you do in college. Internships are also a great way to network with people in the industry. My boss and co-workers were great about giving me contacts and referring me to industry persons. "I learned that coordinating is hard. You can not please everyone. There are people in this world that are simply difficult. I have learned that stressing over little things will not get me anywhere. I have learned to work well as a team and that without my counterparts the work would not get done. Another aspect that I learned throughout my internship is to never be afraid to ask lots of questions. By asking questions I got answers."

Internship milne ke baad kya? Tell me na? koy na let me tell you:) Be confident and ask your manager all your queries. Sab kuch khod khod kar pucho! Not to impress, but for learning. Now, implement those learnings in practical life. Do not over think about your small mistakes because we are interns. We are there to learn but try to minimize your mistakes day by day. Also, internship lena is easier than doing an internship. So, remind yourself every day why you joined! Stick to the root cause, Apply for govt ones but don't limit yourself being a mere LinkedIn follower. #internships #myths

ARE UNPAID INTERNSHIPS WORTH IT??🤔 IT DEPENDS UPON YOUR CURRENT SITUATION. This is a thought revolving around the minds of all students leading to confusions and wrong decisions which they later regret. How to decide whether to pick an unpaid internship or not? 1) ANALYZE YOURSELF - Nobody is perfect. Life teaches you lessons each second. Therefore, it's imperative to analyze yourself. Check your skills and knowledge because money is not important during your college life, your personality is more important. 2) JOB DESCRIPTION AND WORKING HOURS - Before applying to any internship, check what work you would be alloted and whether it would help you grow or not. Also see the working hours of the internship so that the firm value you, your time and doesn't use you. 3) OTHER COMMITMENTS- Analyse your daily schedule and decide whether your current commitments would allow you to work with ease or not. Each second you invest in the internship should give you knowledge, skills and a brilliant experience in return. If you meet the criteria given above, you should definitely go ahead with an unpaid internship. Earning experience and skills first will help you earn money quickly in the future. If you feel that you have the enough experience and skills to work, then it's definitely justified to go with a paid internship. Please feel free to contact me for any help. P.S. : Me enjoying the view of Nandi Hills. #work #job #money #skills #experience #internship #internships #paidinternship #Unpaidinternships #success #motivation #inspiration

Internships can serve as the perfect Launchpad for students, offering valuable hands-on experience and insight into their future careers. Here are some key tips to make the most out of your internship: - Treat your internship like a temporary job, focusing on gaining practical experience rather than treating it as just another project. - Choose internships in industries relevant to your career goals, not just any company. - If you don't land your dream company, aim for tasks that align closely with your interests. - When presenting your work, focus on showcasing your ground efforts rather than KITABI gyan. - Remember that your internship experience sets the tone for your future career, so maintain a high level of professionalism at all times. - Avoid being too casual in your work ethic and communication - professionalism is key. - Lastly, remember that there are no shortcuts to success; your dedication and hard work will always be noticed. #Internship #CareerDevelopment #Professionalism #WorkEthic #corporatesutras

#FamilyMediators - anyone providing internship opportunities for mediators who need to complete their #OAFM hours? I receive inquiries from new mediators, and instead of responding with a simple "no," I would like to redirect them to valuable opportunities. If you don't provide internships yourself, consider redirecting inquiries to colleagues who do. Feel free to share internship opportunities in the comments below, or tag others who might be able to offer them. ___ #familymediation #mediation #newmediator #MediationInternships #CommunityMediation #SupportingAspiringMediators

I struggled a lot to find my first professional internship. It was 2021. It was the year I was supposed to graduate from university. But to do so, I first needed to complete a professional internship. Almost all of my colleagues found companies where they could intern. I was the only one left. 😴 A professor told me, "Didas, if you don't find a place to do your internship, you might have to repeat the year." Considering all of this, I had no choice but to knock on company doors every day. While my colleagues were studying for the final exams, I was submitting my internship application letters. Until one day, a company called me for an internship. But unfortunately, it wasn’t the type of internship I wanted to do. Since I had no other choice, I had to do it anyway. During the internship, I was the one doing almost all the tasks, and the internship supervisor only delegated the tasks to me. This internship turned out to be a real torment: I would finish my days exhausted at 8 PM, while my colleagues left at 5 PM. Every task seemed like an insurmountable obstacle. It was very difficult for me. Despite this ordeal, I have no regrets. This experience shaped me, taught me resilience and the value of hard work. Today, I am grateful for these challenges, because they have shaped my career and taught me valuable lessons. 🐎 Have you ever experienced a situation where you had to accept an unexpected challenge? How did it change your journey? 🏄🏻♂️
