The subject of "timing" came up in our team spotlight this morning for cold calls. Calendar pushes, holidays, vacation. Some are legitimate - some are not. In either instance; the great equalizer? Value - Extra Research. Extra personalization. Customized approach on how you believe you can help them specifically. Be prepared from the get-go. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Pushes and timing objections are inevitable and not everything wins but this stuff wins more, and it earns respect. Value, Value, Value Great reminder by this unreal squad!

Your only control - you! Let’s be honest: how often does everything go as planned? Economic fluctuations, changes in client demands, and unforeseen challenges can disrupt even the best plans. The reality is that much of this is beyond our control. Real control is an illusion when we look for it outside ourselves. The only control you have? You! Your thoughts, your decisions, your actions. When storms arise - and they inevitably will - how do you respond? Do you let chaos dictate your actions, or do you remain centered and navigate your team through uncertainty with calm and clarity? Although you can’t control everything, you can guide your team's focus, determine how you face challenges together, and adapt your strategies as circumstances change.
