Some thoughts for you to process this week as you lead your team: Is it the quantity or quality of decisions that cause you fatigue? Are there areas where you’re overcomplicating it and need to follow your gut more? When are you at your best? How can you structure your day to fit your energy and focus levels?

As a team we are reading The Gap and The Gain by Dan Sullivan and Dr. Benjamin Hardy. One of our favorite quotes is: "Living in the Gain means you focus on how far you've come rather than how far you have left to go." We discussed the importance of reflecting on team achievements, progress and how far we've come. The subject of "timing" came up in our team spotlight this morning for cold calls. Calendar pushes, holidays, vacation. Some are legitimate - some are not. In either instance; the great equalizer? Value - Extra Research. Extra personalization. Customized approach on how you believe you can help them specifically. Be prepared from the get-go. Proper planning prevents poor performance. Pushes and timing objections are inevitable and not everything wins but this stuff wins more, and it earns respect. Value, Value, Value Great reminder by this unreal squad!
