Determing home value requires skill, resources and market knowledge. Going by what Zillow or other websites does not take into consideration the multiple facets of value. A For Sale By Owner FSBO said a similar property down the road says my house is worth more. Upon my review the house sold over asking due to buyers concessions. 💡The buyer needed seller to pay closing costs to help them close the deal. That does NOT necessarily mean your house is worth that amount. 90% of folks that list use a realtor for their expertise and ability to connect with huge buyer pool, able to negotiate and deal with over 100 complexities to get closed.
